Please carefully review this Agreement prior to purchasing products or services from BTCMinersShop, which provides Cryptocurrency mining machines and Bitcoin mining machines. This legal agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Purchaser," "End-User" or "You") and BTCMinersShop ("BTCMinersShop") regarding the products ("Products") and/or services you purchase or order.

By placing an order, clicking an acceptance button, checking an acceptance box online, or similar act of acceptance, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Standards Terms and Conditions of Sale

This Agreement applies to all sales and deliveries of Cryptocurrency mining machines and Bitcoin mining machines from BTCMinersShop to you. The terms and conditions of sale, together with the order and its confirmation, constitute the "Sales Agreement."

Orders and Order Confirmation

Upon receipt of your order and acceptance of the payment by BTCMinersShop, your order will be confirmed according to BTCMinersShop's internal procedures and will be considered final ("Order Confirmation"). BTCMinersShop will not review or confirm any order without first receiving full payment from you. Order confirmations may be sent via email or other means as deemed fit by BTCMinersShop.

Orders, payments, and products/services are non-cancellable and non-returnable, except as specified in this Sales Agreement or at BTCMinersShop’s sole discretion.

Prices and Terms of Payment

Products and services are sold at the prices prevailing on the day of the order according to BTCMinersShop's price list. Prices do not include taxes, import duties, customs, or other applicable costs, which are borne by the Purchaser. Payments are due immediately in USD or Euros and must be wired to the designated bank account. Bitcoin payments may be accepted through BTCMinersShop's chosen Bitcoin payment processor. Additional transfer charges may apply for Bitcoin payments.

Delivery and Shipment

Delivery dates communicated by BTCMinersShop are approximate as delivery services are provided by third parties and subject to various factors. BTCMinersShop is not liable for any delays in delivery. Title to products passes to the Purchaser upon shipment or collection. Products are delivered CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid) per INCOTERMS 2010. Taxes are additional unless otherwise indicated in the Order Confirmation. Loss or damage during shipping is the Purchaser's responsibility.

Undeliverable Products

If a shipment is returned to BTCMinersShop as undeliverable, BTCMinersShop will re-dispatch the order at your expense. It is crucial to verify that all provided information is correct and updated.

Delivery of Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 Hours of delivery. After receiving your report, BTCMinersShop will inspect the product. If we confirm the damage or discrepancy, we will either dispatch a replacement product or process a refund within 30 Days. Your prompt communication helps us resolve issues efficiently and ensure your satisfaction.

Rights in Product and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the products, including documentation or data, remain with BTCMinersShop or its suppliers. Payment for special design or engineering does not convey ownership of intellectual property.

Not for Resale or Export

You agree not to allow the product to be used in any country except in compliance with applicable export laws. You represent that you are purchasing for your own use and not for resale or export.

Limited Warranty and Disclaimer

BTCMinersShop warrants that the product will perform substantially by published specifications for 90 days from the delivery date. This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original Purchaser. The warranty does not cover modifications, faulty maintenance, or violations of the Sales Agreement. BTCMinersShop disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

BTCMinersShop is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue. Its total liability is limited to the price paid for the specific product or service.

Disclaimers on Endorsement and External Websites

Opinions expressed on the BTCMinersShop website are those of the author(s) and do not constitute endorsement by BTCMinersShop.

Use Restrictions

The product and/or service is licensed for your own use only. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or modify the product. You cannot sublicense, transfer, or assign this Agreement or any rights granted hereunder.

Modification of Agreement

BTCMinersShop may modify this Agreement at any time, provided such changes are posted on its website or communicated to you via email or other means.
